About The Role

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of partner relationships and serve as their primary point of contact. Monitor campaign performance daily and bring recommendations — not just reports. Run business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and execute on them. Collaborate with data and engineering teams to solve problems and build better processes. Expect your role to evolve as the business does.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or another business-related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing reporting and data analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to confidently identify marketing opportunities, data discrepancies, evaluate risks, and address issues proactively.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain and present quantitative insights to team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments, thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exudes confidence and embraces challenges without hesitation.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in performance marketing, affiliate, lead gen, or digital advertising — but it's not a requirement.
